2 Day Phillip Island & Wilsons Promontory Wildlife Extravaganza

Come and discover the diversity and abundance of native wildlife in Victoria’s largest coastal wilderness area! This spectacular geological site is a must for nature lovers.  

Our two day wildlife adventure of the Gippsland Region will bring you back to nature’s wonders! On our first day we meet some of Australia’s most well known native animals at Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park and witness the nightly parade of little penguins emerging from the sea on Phillip Island .We have plenty of time to explore the Island staying overnight in a charming cabin park.

The following day travelling towards the most southerly point of mainland Australia we find ourselves in Wilsons Promontory National Park,Victoria’s largest coastal wilderness area. Don’t forget to bring your walking shoes and camera and get ready to explore some of the spectacular coastlines framed by granite headlands, mountains, forests and fern gullies. Discover the abundant bird life and look out for emus, wallabies and wombats in their natural habitat!

Day 1 : Phillip Island Penguin Parade Wildlife Conservation Park Tour
HIGHLIGHTS • Encounter Australian wildlife at Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park. Hand Feed wallabies (fee applies) and watch for joeys. • Seal Rocks & the Nobbies boardwalk and the best views of Phillip Island’s rugged south coast. Upgrade to the NEW Antarctic Journey! • Watch the world famous Penguin Parade as hundreds of little penguins come out of the sea at dusk & head back to their burrows for the night.

Day 2 : Wilsons Promontory National Park Tour
HIGHLIGHTS • Bushwalking, sightseeing, bird watching and spotting native animals • Squeaky Beach is one of Australia's most famous, as the quartz sand really does squeak as you stroll between rolling surf and windswept vegetation • Giant Rock is one of the massive granite formations • Go wildlife spotting at a deserted old airfield • Tidal River - where you can learn more about this extraordinary national park in Australia`s southernmost region • Explore some of the excellent hiking tracks such as: Lilly Pilly Gully, Mt Oberon and its spectacular views of The Prom or Mt Bishop with its equally amazing summit views

We offer our customers a courtesy transfer service from selected inner city hotels/accommodations to the departure point (570 Flinders Street) - This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Please confirm your allocated hotel / hostel pick up time when making your booking.

Pick up on day 2: Confirm with customer at end of first day

Returns: Melbourne approx 7.30pm every Wednesday, Friday & Sunday

* Please note - you must arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated pickup time

*We accept no responsibility if you fail to nominate a pickup location- this must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior with our reservations department, failure to nominate and board the bus will result in fare forfeiture
