Enjoy an amphibian ride over very low water, tidal flats and sand bars, places inaccessible by other means.

See ome perfectly preserved diour tracks in rock on the beach, that once was an ancient planal forest floor.

Marvel at the brightly coloured inhabitants that bask amongst the mangrove trees lining the coast.

And be amazed by the history that hides on our ocean floor.

  • Pick up in our courtesy bus (45mins prior)
  • Launch from the Hovercraft Base situated near the Port of Broome.
  • Take in the unique view of Broome and the local points of interest from the comfort of fully enclosed and airconditioned hovercraft.
  • Now on the more remote side of Roebuck Bay, we get out the hovercraft to marvel at the 120 million year old dinosaur footprints.  Education about the footprints in the Broome region provided by the pilot.
  • After final photo's have been taken guests get back on the hovercraft and we travel back around Roebuck Bay. During the return journey the pilots commentary is focussed on the diverse marine activity within the Bay.

Our hovercraft depart from the Broome Hoverport which is 1/2 km back from the Port of Broome. Otherwise you can elect to be collected in our courtesy bus. We will collect you about 45 minutes before the tour start time so that we can get everyone together for a safety talk, allocate seating, and you might like to purchase a drink to take with you on tour.
