Private Group Wine Tastings - We visit very traditional wineries where you'll taste up to twenty different wines including red, white, sparkling and fortified. These local experts will explain the wine making process and the qualities and character of every wine you taste. You'll be an expert in no time! Wine Making Tour - Our first stop is a 'behind-the-scenes' wine making tour where you'll learn more about the process and knowledge that goes into making wine. Then it's into the cellar door to stimulate your taste buds! **Please note that if wine is in production, we cannot do the tour. In this case you will receive an extensive wine tasting experience** Lunch - Enjoy a delicious winery lunch and relax with a glass of wine while you take in the beautiful scenery. Learn about the history of the family run wineries that have been in the region for over 150 years Relax with a small group and meet new friends Hunter Valley YHA – Nestled between vineyards and picturesque landscape, this recently renovated hostel offers a swimming pool, games room, BBQ, WIFI and bike hire. Sit back and relax on the wrap around veranda as you watch the sun go down or take a short walk to the local pub. Drop off at the Hunter Valley YHA will be at approx 4pm

Free day – choose from the many activities available to you, Hot Air Ballooning, Horse riding, Cycling, Bushwalking or check out a few more wineries before you return to Sydney. Pick up is from the Hunter valley YHA at 4.00pm.
