Day 1 : Ayers Rock Resort/Watarrka National Park (Kings Canyon)
The Outback. The Red Centre. Down Under. The Never Never. Australia’s rugged, rust-cloaked centre has gained itself a fair few monikers over the years, but you really need to travel in the region to appreciate its size and scenery. Following an early afternoon pick-up, we set out across the stark, dramatic terrain of central Australia. The Territory’ can be a pretty unforgiving place and, in cruising through this landscape, you’ll quickly understand how and why it became so engrained in the Australian psyche. Many early pioneers brought camels over to help them traverse what was then one great big unknown. Today you’ll have the opportunity to see Australia just how they would’ve. Our first stop for the day is Kings Creek Station, an authentic outback station. By late afternoon we will have arrived at our night’s secluded campsite located not far from Kings Canyon. Note: *Pick up times vary at different times of the year as flight schedules change. Please confirm your meeting time and location with our Reservations team. Total driving time is around three and a half hours.
Meals :Dinner

Day 2 : Kings Canyon, Kata Tjuta and Uluru sunset
The full 6km Kings Canyon rim walk requires an early start. Take your time to admire the sandstone domes of the Lost City, the cliff top views along the North and South Walls and the beauty of the Garden of Eden; all whilst learning about the flora, fauna, history and culture of this area from your knowledgeable guide. Our journey to Uluru passes Atila (Mt Conner) with its unique flat top and we’ll stop for a break at Curtin Springs Station Roadhouse. Lunch is enjoyed en-route and we will also take in the magnificent red domes of Kata Tjuta as we enjoy the Walpa Gorge walk. As the sun begins to disappear below the horizon, take out your camera and capture the Rock change colours as the sun sets slowly behind it. We head back to camp for a well earned dinner, and settle into our swags this evening. Tomorrow, we're up early to take in the magic of sunrise at Uluru. Total driving time today is about three and a half hours.
Meals :Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3 : Uluru sunrise Ayers Rock Resort
It’s an early start this morning, but you won’t be disappointed after you witness a glorious Uluru sunrise. While the morning is fresh, enjoy an unguided walk around the base of Uluru. You will then deepen your understanding of the land and the history of Uluru as your Leader enlightens you about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. It is a unique opportunity to share experiences, connect with and learn about the oldest culture on earth. The tour will finish at Ayers Rock Resort or Yulara Airport before lunch.
